This week in particular I had a few experiences related to the widespread Trump derangement syndrome (TDS), which defines totally irrational, if not outright pathological behavior when self-proclaimed liberals are confronted with anything related to US President Donald Trump.
Yesterday´s announcement by Facebook that the left-wing social media giant will openly censor any alleged fake news regarding the extremely suspicious supposed victory of Democratic candidate Joe Biden in the recent presidential election in November goes in the same direction.
The clear attempt to limit freedom of expression on the internet became known only days after Texas filed a lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin in the United States Supreme Court for unconstitutional changes to 2020 Election laws, an unprecedented case that unsurprisingly didn’t get the international attention it deserves.
First I saw a video of a man whose MAGA hat (the “Make America Great Again” headgear worn by Trump supporters) had been taken away on a university campus by the female offspring of one White and one Black parent, who thought that showing it off there was highly inappropriate.
What I personally would criticize the most about this slogan is that it was basically taken from the campaign of another great Republican president, Ronald Reagan (1911-2004), in the late 1970s.
The man remained very calm and kept repeating that he just wanted his property back, for which he had paid for. Nevertheless, the young lady even went to say that by wearing it the owner would be supporting the genocide that was going on in the country. She ultimately gave up.
I guess that she didn’t really know what the term actually means. That’s what happens when you allow students to access higher education who aren’t prepared for it, neither intellectually nor emotionally.
It felt like talking to a little spoiled brat that doesn’t know how to behave and believes that the right cause excuses every behavior. She mentioned ongoing mass shootings and it didn’t matter that the bold gentleman was actually half Nicaraguan. He was obviously White enough to be an evil supremacist and a potential henchman.
Yesterday I briefly talked to a slightly older Spanish friend whom I have known since childhood about a well-known icon of the Left, convinced Stalinist Dolores Ibárruri (1895-1989), the subject of yesterday’s posting, and the murder of Russian revolutionary Leon Trotsky (1879-1940) by Spanish agent Ramón Mercader (1913-1978) in Mexico.
Somehow I mentioned the hundreds of thousands of votes for Biden that suddenly appeared in the early hours of the morning after Election Day in different US States and that an overwhelming majority of Republicans and even many political opponents suspect massive fraud.
My buddy’s tone of voice suddenly changed. He said that he didn’t want to waste his time discussing a topic both of us knew little about and basically hang up on me. Let’s see if at the end we meet tomorrow.
Finally, today I watched a tearful Jewess comparing the above mentioned headdress to the yellow star that Jews had to wear on their clothing in Germany since September 1st, 1941 and later on in those territories and countries occupied by the National Socialists.
Her argumentation was totally reversed. On those days people to be targeted were clearly marked, though nowadays those red baseball caps would indicate who would be spared once open persecution begins…
This is the sad result of decades of indoctrination, brainwashing, as well as the distortion of history and a total loss of common sense in the West. If the Democrats do assume power in January, things will only get worse in every aspect, not only in the United States.
