At the beginning of the year 2021 and after posting 250 articles in nine months, I would like to thank my readers for their support as well as often very encouraging and professional comments.
I also take the chance to wish all of them the best for the New Year, marked by many uncertainties which are leftovers from twelve months that will be difficult to forget for all the wrong reasons.
The idea to write this comparative blog was born at the beginning of the almost three-month long confinement we went through here in Spain due to the botched handling of the coronavirus pandemic that apparently started in late 2019 in the city of Wuhan, the capital of Hupeh province, in the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
US President Donald Trump was (again) called a racist when he spoke of a “Chinese virus”. At the same time, most Western countries blamed, and continue to do so, the Red Mandarins for a lack of transparency in the first phase of what has turned into a disaster on a global scale.
So if the disease indeed originated in the PRC, how can that term be a racial slur? To try to be against Trump and Xi Jinping at the same time is a quite challenging, if not impossible task!
I don’t agree with Trump’s extremely aggressive approach to China, as the country deserves a place among the leading nations by its sheer size and population, though in this case the evidence is clear!
Speaking of the much vilified Orange Man, he hasn’t given up yet and he shouldn’t! The irregularities, not to say manipulations, before, during and after the November presidential election are so blatant that every possible action must be taken so justice is served.
Although apparently on January 6th, the Feast of the Three Wise Men in Catholic countries and regions, we will finally know about a change in the White House, the mainstream media had proclaimed it a long time ago, exposing their total lack of interest in serious news coverage.
The irrational hate for Trump, demonized by 90% of the press worldwide, obviously has made most people blind for what senile Joe Biden and sinister Kamala Harris actually stand for, not to mention how they got into the position of most likely assuming power on January 20th.
The door for socialist experiments at national level in the United States has been pushed wide open and the Democrats hardly deserve their name anymore. California and New York are warning examples of what they nowadays stand for, but hope dies last!
